Our Board of Directors

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and driving the success of our company. Our team members possess diverse expertise and a shared commitment to excellence.

Engr. Bawa has over 30 years of technical and management experience. He is the Managing Director of Nigeria’s most modern mass transit system, Abuja Green buses (owned and operated by Nationwide Unity Transport Limited).

He had his primary education at command Children School in Kaduna, Secondary Education at Rimi (St. John’s) College, Kaduna and proceeded to Central London College, London for his A’ Levels. He obtained Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) at the London South Bank University (LSBU), a PGD (Post Graduate Diploma) in Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria and a Master of Communications Management from Buckinghamshire University in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Bello holds a Master’s degree in Communications Management (MCM) from Buckinghamshire University in the United Kingdom. This is in addition to his combined honours degree, Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Information Technology, in Business Administration from the American Intercontinental University in London, United Kingdom.

His strength of vision and relentless entrepreneurial zeal made him to play a significant role in the founding of Burj Oil Trading & Marketing Limited, and invariably earned him a seat on the Board. Suleiman is also a member of the boards of the following companies: Dornier Aviation Nigeria AIEP, Unifone Telecommunications Limited, Sublime Global Investment Company Limited and Mainstream Energy Solutions Limited.

Mr. Ainoje holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, he began his career in banking, rising to the position of Branch Head before transitioning to the aviation sector. With extensive experience, including serving as the Station Manager of Dornier Aviation, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Aviation Management from the Nigeria College of Aviation Technology in Zaria, he has undertaken various international training programs in Europe, America, and the Middle East. Notable among these are his participation in IATA training on aircraft acquisition and financing in Turkey, as well as trainings on airline business models, competitive strategies, and foundations in Miami, USA. Additionally, Mr. Ainoje has served as the honorary Special Adviser on aviation matters to the Executive Governor of Niger State, demonstrating his dedication to the industry and his ability to contribute to its growth.
With his educational qualifications, extensive experience, and advisory role, Mr. Ainoje brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his position as a company director. His diverse background and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset in driving the company’s success and achieving strategic objectives.

Mr. Yunusa is a seasoned ICT and Project Development Consultant. He holds his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Kano University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Bayero University Kano.

He’s currently the Managing Director of Arewa Analytica Limited. Yusuf previously worked with Arewa Hotels Nigeria Limited and also provided consultancy services, both in ICT Projects and Network Logistics for a number of companies in Abuja, including Defcom Technologies Limited, he briefly ventured into politics between 2011 and 2015 before returning back to business and co-founding Arewa Analytica Limited.

Mr. Adeyinka Ojo obtained his Law Degree from the University of Lagos and his B.L from the Nigerian Law School. He’s practiced law for approximately 20 years and is the Principle Partner of Adeyinka O. Ojo & Co.

Mr. Adeyinka Ojo holds a Certificate in System Administration and was part of the teams that put together the first UN State of Environment Document for Nigeria in 2007 and tasked with resolving Liquid and Effluent Problems in the Oba Alena Industrial Area of Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria respectively.

In addition to his law profession, he also has more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
